Univet has completed a calculation of its organisational carbon footprint, marking an important milestone in its sustainability programme. The assessment covers all major emission sources across the business, providing a clear baseline from which to track progress and shape future reduction plans.
As part of this work, Univet has formally submitted its emissions data to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This submission is a key step towards setting verified, science-aligned reduction targets consistent with limiting global warming in line with international climate goals.
By establishing an accurate footprint and engaging with the SBTi process, Univet is strengthening the foundations of its long-term climate strategy and reinforcing its commitment to transparent, evidence-based action. Further updates will be provided as the SBTi review progresses and the company advances to the next stages of its sustainability journey.
