Univet Ltd is a leading veterinary pharmaceutical company committed to delivering quality products/services to our global clientele. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our dynamic team.
- Coordinate and manage QA activities to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain QA documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies.
- Assist QA teams in test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Provide administrative support to QA teams, ensuring the timely resolution of issues.
- Track and report on QA metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts.
- Organize and maintain QA resources, including tools, environments, and licenses.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree is desired but not compulsory – a positive approach to work and the ability to use computerised systems are essential.
- Previous experience in a QA or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Typing skills.
